Terms of Use.

Effective date: 1 July 2026  ·  Last updated: 1 July 2026  ·  Version 3.1

These Terms of Use and Community Guidelines ("Terms") govern your use of the Dripply mobile application and related services provided by BlueBlue Ltd, trading as Dripply ("Dripply", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Dripply, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Dripply

Dripply is a quiet local app for remembering the small everyday moments you'd otherwise forget - your favourite cafés, places, and the quiet pauses in your week. We don't currently track your device location, build advertising profiles, or push you to scroll endlessly. Just save moments and look back when you want to.

Dripply is operated by BlueBlue Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 17244246), registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Dripply. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your login with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us at hello@dripply.co.uk.

You may have only one Dripply account at a time. If you create multiple accounts to evade moderation or other restrictions, we may suspend all related accounts.

4. Dripply Plus subscriptions

Dripply Plus is our optional paid subscription that unlocks premium features (full timeline history, advanced personal stats, and other features we may add). Subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) according to their standard subscription terms. Auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by Dripply.

Current pricing is £1.49 per month. Pricing may change over time. Any subscription price changes will be handled through Apple or Google's subscription process and shown to you where required before they affect your subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, captions, and other content you create in Dripply ("Your Content").

By posting Your Content in Dripply, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, distribute, and process Your Content solely as needed to operate Dripply (e.g. showing your moment in the city feed, your timeline, and your profile). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

My Time saves are private to your account and are used for your Ring, timeline, and personal rhythm/stats. Full Moments you post are public within Dripply and may appear in the relevant city feed, your profile, and other parts of the app where moments are shown.

You confirm that Your Content does not infringe anyone's rights and complies with the Community Guidelines below.

6. Community Guidelines

Dripply is a quiet space. To keep it that way, please don't post content that:

We expect users to keep it human, kind, and small. Dripply isn't a place for arguments, news takes, or hot takes - it's a place for quiet moments.

Real places, real moments

Dripply works best as a personal journal of moments at real places. We don't collect your device location, but we ask that you tag the place where the moment actually happened.

Repeated or deliberate misrepresentation of locations - for example, consistently tagging places you did not visit - may result in a warning and, if continued, account suspension at Dripply's discretion.

Reporting and blocking

If you see content or a user that breaks these rules, you can report the post or user from within the app. You can also block or hide users whose content you do not want to see. Blocking or hiding a user may stop their content or profile from being shown to you, but it does not necessarily remove their content for other users unless it also breaks these Terms.

7. Moderation

Reports are reviewed through Dripply's moderation process, which may include automated hiding rules and manual review. We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion to enforce these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

We try to be fair, transparent, and proportionate. If you believe a moderation decision was wrong, you can appeal by emailing hello@dripply.co.uk.

8. Profile visibility

Dripply may let you control whether other users can see your profile page through the "Allow others to see my profile" setting. This setting does not make Full Moments private if they have already been posted to the city feed. My Time saves remain private to your account regardless of this setting.

9. Things you must not do

In addition to the Community Guidelines, you agree not to:

10. Sharing moments

When you share a Full Moment, Dripply generates a link on our domain (dripply.co.uk) that opens the moment in the app if the recipient has Dripply installed (using iOS Universal Links and Android App Links), or sends them to our website if they don't. We don't share your moments anywhere outside the app or website unless you choose to share the link.

11. Termination

You can delete your Dripply account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We offer a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion, during which you can cancel.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law - including repeated misrepresentation of locations, abusive content, or attempts to game the platform. Where possible we'll notify you before terminating, unless prompt action is needed to protect users or the service.

12. Service availability

We do our best to keep Dripply up and running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Where reasonable, we'll give you advance notice.

13. Disclaimers

Dripply is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Place information shown in Dripply comes from Google Places. We don't independently verify it and aren't responsible for inaccuracies in place names, addresses, or operating hours.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under UK law.

Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Dripply is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or £50, whichever is higher.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Dripply after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence where required by law.
