QUESTIONS

Quietly answered.

Everything you need to know about Dripply, My Time, moments, privacy, subscriptions and account deletion.

What is Dripply?

A quiet app for keeping the cafés and places you actually go to. Tap your usual spot in seconds, or add a photo and a few words when something's worth remembering. No followers, no algorithm, no pressure to perform.

What is My Time?

Your quickest way to keep a place - for the daily stuff. Morning coffee at your usual spot? Quick taps and it's saved. Lunch sandwich at the same place every Tuesday? Same thing. No photo, no caption, no fuss.

My Time visits are private to you. They count towards your Ring, timeline, and personal rhythm, but they are not shared to the city feed.

What's a moment?

A Full Moment is a place worth remembering - usually a photo, a mood, and a few words if you feel like it. Full Moments appear in your city's feed, so Dripply stays full of real places people actually love.

Should I use Dripply every day?

Most days, yes - but only if you went somewhere worth keeping. My Time takes seconds, so even your usual coffee spot is worth a tap. If you skip a day or three, nothing happens. The Ring just eases back. Pick it up whenever.

What is the Ring?

A soft circle on your home screen that fills across a rolling 7 days. Add moments and it fills; go quiet for a few days and it eases back down. No streak to break, no goal to chase - some weeks it's full, some weeks it isn't, both are fine.

How does the timeline work?

Your timeline is a calm history of the places you've kept. Simple, chronological, and yours to look back on whenever you want. The free timeline shows your last 30 days.

What is Dripply Plus?

Dripply is free, always. Plus is an optional £1.49 a month upgrade for your full story - your whole timeline beyond 30 days, your weekly rhythm, and your full personal places summary. Cancel anytime, no lock-in.

Is Dripply social media?

Not really. No followers, no comments, no DMs, no algorithm fighting for your attention - and no ads. Dripply has a quiet local feed of places people love, but the heart of it is your own timeline and your rhythm.

Does Dripply track my location?

Dripply doesn't currently use your device's GPS or run any background location tracking. Places are added from search - using the coordinates of the place itself, not your phone's location.

Can other people see my profile?

Full Moments you post appear in your city's feed, so the moments themselves are public within Dripply by default. Whether other users can open your profile page is controlled by a profile visibility setting in the app - you can turn it on or off. My Time saves are always private to you, regardless of the setting.

Can I delete everything?

Yes. Settings → Account → Delete. 30 days to change your mind, then it's gone for good.

Deleting your Dripply account does not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. If you have Dripply Plus, cancel it yourself through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
